This nursery has been authorized during the 119th Scientific CITES Conference.

Plants can be sold directly in the nursery (on appointment) or shipped, and are sold with bare roots.

Signing up

It is required to create and login to an account and in order to be able to buy a plant or to take part to an auction. To create a new profile a valid email address is required. At the end of the signing up procedure you will receive an email message with the instructions on how to activate the account. After following the instructions it will be possible to choose your own password.

Auctions

Placing a bid to an auction is a commitment to buy the products if it's a winning bid.
When you win an auction, the products will be added to your own shopping cart. You need to log in the website and complete the order. In the case you won't respect these rules, your profile may be deleted by our staff, and you may be banned from bidding to other auctions.

When you place a new bid, you can insert the biggest amount you are willing to pay for the item. This amount won't be showed to the seller and to the other bidders. The system will automatically place the minimum offer needed to outbid the others in steps of €1, until the maximum amount will be reached. When the auction's due date is reached, if nobody else placed a greater bid, you will win the auction and the item will be yours, even if the maximum price will not be reached. The final price may be much less than the maximum amount you inserted.

Buying

Prices are expressed in Euro, including taxes.
When you buy an item it is required to insert all the details needed to complete the order (name, surname, home address and optionally a different shipping address).
The order will be examined by our staff. It will be shipped within 4 workind days upon receival of the payment.

Phytosanitary Certificate

We can provice the phytosanitary certificate, if required, at €25. In South Korea, since 15th of January 2012, it is mandatory for orders including more than 10 plants.

Payment

You can choose between a bank wire transfer or PayPal. Payment instructions will be provided when you choosed the preferred payment method.

Italy:

• Pacco celere 1 plus: €16
• Pacco celere 3: €11.40

European Union:

• Postal service: 6-8 days €11 for each kg

Worldwide:

• Postal service: 10-14 days, €16 for each kg. Before ordering, be sure to understand your country's laws about importing plants.
  
  

Complaints

We do our best to ship our products without defects. In case of complaints, please contact us promptly. If the issue could not be solved, please send us back the plant, undamaged, within 8 days.
The court of Novara has exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the terms and conditions mentioned above.
